Salary: USD 125,000 - 160,000 / annual
Peregrine Technologies, backed by leading Silicon Valley investors, provides an AI-enabled platform that transforms siloed data into operational intelligence for public safety organizations, government agencies, and mission-critical institutions. The platform currently serves hundreds of customers across 30+ states and two countries, reaching over 125 million people.
As a Major Client Advocate, you will own end-to-end relationships with Peregrine's largest and most strategic customers. You serve as the primary interface between customers and the internal team, acting as the voice of the customer to engineers while supporting clients through platform updates, new workflows, and feature adoption. Your focus is ensuring measurable operational outcomes and sustained adoption at the executive level.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning complex customer relationships with senior agency leaders and command staff
- Translating technical delivery into sustained adoption, expansion, and long-term value
- Interpreting multiple data sources, dashboards, and metrics to optimize platform usage
- Conducting onsite visits to build deep relationships with agency stakeholders
- Driving progress across internal and external stakeholders in ambiguous, large-scale environments
- Managing scope, risk, and cross-functional coordination without direct authority
- Supporting renewals and identifying expansion opportunities
- Protecting and growing Peregrine's most important accounts
You thrive in complex, regulated environments and are comfortable working with executives, technical teams, and command staff. You bring structure to ambiguity, are disciplined in tracking adoption and success metrics, and care deeply about delivering real operational value rather than checking boxes.
The role is based remotely but requires frequent travel across Los Angeles and Orange County (approximately 60% travel). You'll need 5-7 years of experience owning enterprise deployments, implementations, or strategic accounts, preferably in public safety, government, or compliance-heavy environments. Strong executive presence, stakeholder management skills, and technical fluency are essential.
