SRS Acquiom is seeking an M&A Relationship Associate to support the company's growing M&A services business. SRS Acquiom delivers a platform and services designed to help deal parties manage complex M&A and loan agency transactions more efficiently. Based in Denver with offices across the United States and internationally in London and Amsterdam, the company has supported more than 11,500 transactions globally since 2007.
In this role, you will serve as a key relationship manager for M&A transactions, working with deal parties including buyers, sellers, and their advisors. Your responsibilities will include managing shareholder representation services, coordinating escrow and paying agent activities, and facilitating document solicitation and reporting through the company's online platform. You will be the primary point of contact for clients throughout transaction lifecycles, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality service delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with M&A deal parties and their legal/financial advisors
- Coordinating transaction workflows and ensuring timely completion of milestones
- Managing escrow accounts, distributions, and related documentation
- Communicating complex transaction details clearly to multiple stakeholders
- Supporting the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Ensuring compliance with transaction agreements and regulatory requirements
You will work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent transactions are essential. The role offers exposure to sophisticated financial transactions and the opportunity to develop deep expertise in M&A services. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States while collaborating with a distributed team.
