Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, seeks an experienced Logistics Engineer to join the Deployment Engineering team. This role focuses on the operational success and sustainment of cutting-edge defense systems powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system for military command and control. You will drive the planning, development, and execution of Integrated Product Support (IPS) strategies and comprehensive Integrated Logistics Support Plans. Your responsibilities span the full product lifecycle—from initial design and planning through ongoing improvements and field sustainment. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, reliability, operations, and environmental health and safety teams to optimize product design for long-term supportability and ensure systems meet the highest safety standards. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and executing IPS analysis and implementation - Performing logistics engineering analyses using industry-standard tools (COMPASS, Power Log-J, SlicWave, Relyence, Tempo, etc.) to create customer deliverables - Developing Level of Repair Analyses (LORA), Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), spares analysis, and provisioning data - Partnering with technical writers to support creation and updates of technical, operations, and maintenance manuals - Ensuring compliance with Department of War (DoW) and industry standards, specifications, and military regulations - Supporting demand, supply, and logistics teams with informed recommendations for lifecycle sustainment and maintenance Required: 5+ years in Integrated Product Support or Logistics Engineering; demonstrated experience developing LORA, LSA, MTA, and related analyses; lifecycle sustainment planning experience; proficiency in MS Office and IPS development models; working knowledge of reliability, maintainability, and product safety; familiarity with military regulations and standards; Secret security clearance eligibility; ability to travel for customer engagements. Position is onsite in Costa Mesa, CA with no remote work option.
