Boulder Care, a Series C digital clinic for addiction medicine, is seeking a Lifecycle & Product Marketing Manager to build and own the full lifecycle of patient communications from pre-enrollment through ongoing care and re-engagement. This is a hands-on, strategic role that sits at the intersection of lifecycle marketing and product marketing. You will own the complete patient lifecycle end-to-end, managing pre-enrollment, retention, and post-churn re-engagement automations with defined activation KPIs. You'll identify and tackle the highest-friction moments in the patient journey, translating strategy into production-ready campaigns yourself—configuring workflows, segmenting audiences, and building messages. You'll elevate transactional communications tied to critical product moments (upcoming visits, in-app notices, assessment reminders) and run continuous A/B testing across messaging, timing, and channels to drive optimization. You'll also evaluate and launch new patient communication channels (push, email, and others) while managing cadence and governance to prevent patient fatigue. On the product marketing side, you'll project-manage multimedia app content development in partnership with the Content team, own CMS configuration, and track engagement metrics. You'll oversee the build and iteration of patient-facing assessments supporting care delivery, compliance, and payer reporting. You'll optimize rollout and adoption strategies for new product features, including messaging and adoption metrics. You'll also establish a repeatable program for collecting patient feedback (in-app surveys, interviews, support-ticket mining) and integrate it into the product development lifecycle. You'll track competitive positioning in the substance use disorder and digital health space, synthesizing findings into roadmap and messaging recommendations. Boston Care operates in a regulated healthcare environment where compliance and clarity are paramount. You'll leverage AI across campaign QA, segment definitions, reporting, and analysis to run a leaner, faster program. The role requires a dedicated, private workspace with high-speed internet to maintain HIPAA compliance. REQUIREMENTS: - 4+ years in lifecycle marketing or product marketing, ideally with experience in both - Hands-on ownership of a communications/CRM tool (Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, or similar)—this is a builder role, not strategy-only - Track record of building a lifecycle marketing function from the ground up - Demonstrated accountability to activation or retention KPIs with ability to explain results, not just report them - Healthcare, regulated industry, or compliance-sensitive experience is a strong plus - Must be authorized to work for any US employer; visa sponsorship is not available
