As a Lifecycle Manager at N26, you will own the lifecycle communication strategy for a core domain within the Lifecycle team, bridging customer insight and business growth. You will translate analytics into impactful customer journeys, optimize customer Lifetime Value (LTV), and accelerate Primary Account adoption.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and evolving lifecycle communication strategy within your focus domain to drive user engagement, activation, and long-term retention
- Collaborating closely with Analytics teams to decode customer behavior, extract actionable conclusions, and transform insights into effective campaign strategies
- Partnering with Product Marketing to translate complex product features into clear, compelling customer messaging
- Designing and executing targeted initiatives focused on optimizing LTV and driving Primary Account adoption
- Proactively identifying new growth opportunities and pushing strategic initiatives forward across cross-functional teams
- Championing innovation by integrating AI agents and automated workflow tools to streamline campaign execution and elevate personalization
- Establishing holistic A/B testing frameworks and longitudinal experimentation models to continuously measure LTV impact
- Serving as a key CRM voice for senior leadership, translating campaign performance into high-level business insights

Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or customer growth roles
- Proven track record of developing multi-channel lifecycle strategies that deliver measurable impact on engagement, retention, and LTV
- High drive and entrepreneurial spirit; self-starter who actively spots hidden opportunities and takes initiative
- Strong analytical acumen with proven ability to interpret customer data, digest analytical reports, and make data-backed conclusions
- Exceptional collaborative skills with experience partnering alongside Product Marketing, Analytics, and Creative teams
- Forward-thinking, innovative mindset with enthusiasm for leveraging modern technology, including AI agents and automated workflow solutions
- Hands-on proficiency with customer engagement platforms (Braze experience is a strong plus) and collaboration tools like Figma and Jira
- Solid understanding of data privacy rules (GDPR) and regulatory requirements within customer communications
