SumUp Brasil is expanding merchant acquisition channels beyond traditional routes by building a partnerships and integrations program. This role leads the creation of this channel from the ground up in the Brazilian market, leveraging SumUp's European experience and adapting it to local needs. You will be responsible for: • Building the ecosystem: Identify and prioritize high-potential partners, developing a pipeline of ERPs, TEF providers, and other relevant software platforms • Leading strategy to launch: Structure partnership proposals, conduct commercial negotiations, and create joint go-to-market (GTM) plans • Driving integrations: Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and other teams to move partnerships from evaluation through launch and growth • Measuring channel performance: Track merchant acquisition, activation, and transaction volume; use results to adjust priorities and execution • Building for scale: Document decisions and create playbooks that make successful partnerships replicable This is an in-office role based in São Paulo's dynamic hub, with a truly global and multicultural team. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience building or scaling commercial partnerships, business development, or acquisition channels • 3+ years of experience with software platforms and the payments ecosystem • Ability to connect integrations to commercial results and work closely with Product and Engineering teams • Entrepreneurial and analytical mindset; comfortable creating structure in ambiguous environments • Ability to align internal teams and external partners without formal authority • Intermediate to advanced English; confident communication with global stakeholders
