Nourish is a Series C-funded ($215M total, $100M Series C in 2026) AI-native digital health platform operating the country's largest dietitian-led metabolic health clinic. The company matches patients with 10,000+ Registered Dietitians, physicians, medications, lab testing, and AI agents to deliver insurance-covered care across all 50 states. With millions of completed appointments, year-over-year tripling growth, and partnerships with health plans covering 200M+ Americans across 250+ health systems, Nourish is transforming how Americans access preventive and metabolic health care.
The Licensing Senior Associate will play a critical role in managing regulatory and licensing compliance across Nourish's multi-state operations. This role involves navigating complex healthcare licensing requirements, ensuring practitioners (dietitians, physicians) maintain proper credentials and state-specific licenses, and supporting expansion into new markets. The position requires deep knowledge of state-by-state healthcare regulations, telehealth licensing frameworks, and insurance credentialing processes.
Key responsibilities include: developing and maintaining licensing compliance frameworks; coordinating with state medical boards and licensing bodies; managing practitioner credential verification and renewal workflows; supporting legal and compliance teams on regulatory matters; identifying licensing barriers to expansion; and ensuring all clinical operations meet federal and state requirements. The role bridges legal, operations, and clinical teams to ensure Nourish can scale safely and compliantly.
This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives in regulated industries, enjoys unglamorous but critical compliance work, and can operate with ambiguity in a fast-growing healthcare startup. The company explicitly seeks talent density and people who run toward hard problems rather than away from them.
