Commvault (NASDAQ: CVLT) is seeking a Legal Operations Manager to lead and manage legal operations and continuous improvements across the organization. Based in the UK with remote flexibility, you will partner with the Trust Team to drive operational excellence using metrics, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities include: supporting all functions of Legal and Trust; managing the department's AI tools, vendors, and budget; identifying and executing improvement initiatives; serving as liaison between Legal and cross-functional business functions; managing contract and marketing collateral; handling legal entity management; negotiating NDAs and low-end contracts; and driving change management initiatives.
You will lead and develop high-performing teams, influence across all organizational levels, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong understanding of legal department operations, including legal technology, contract lifecycle management, and reporting. You will drive process improvements and operational excellence using data and metrics, manage departmental budgets and vendors, and demonstrate exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Required qualifications: 3-5 years in Legal Operations, Legal Project Management, Corporate Legal, or related operational leadership role in a technology organization. Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, Operations Management, or related discipline. Demonstrated experience leading teams, managing budgets and legal technology solutions, and driving change management. Strong project management skills and excellent communication with stakeholder management experience across Legal, Finance, IT, HR, Procurement, and other functions.
Experience that sets you apart: leading global legal operations across multiple regions, familiarity with AI-enabled legal technologies and automation tools, and experience in Technology, SaaS, Cyber Resilience, Cyber Security, Data Management, or Backup and Recovery Software environments.
