Applied Intuition is a $15B-valued AI infrastructure company (founded 2017) powering physical AI for autonomous systems across automotive, defense, trucking, construction, mining, and agriculture. The company serves 18 of the top 20 global automakers and the US military, with offices globally including Sunnyvale HQ, DC, San Diego, London, Stuttgart, Munich, Stockholm, Bangalore, Seoul, and Tokyo.
You will join the Legal team in Sunnyvale as a Legal Operations Analyst, reporting to the Legal Operations Manager. This is an execution-focused role that serves as the operational hub for all legal requests across the company. You will own the day-to-day legal intake system, triage incoming requests, route them appropriately, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Key responsibilities include: managing the contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform and automated workflows for NDAs, vendor agreements, and commercial contracts; building and maintaining an organized, searchable legal document repository with SOPs; supporting the Legal team's new hire onboarding and maintaining templates and playbooks; tracking legal operations metrics (request volume, turnaround times, outside counsel spend); managing entity maintenance and corporate filings; coordinating DocuSign administration including envelope creation, templates, permissions, and integrations; arranging notarizations; and supporting ESG and regulatory compliance execution under attorney direction.
You will also identify and pilot AI-native approaches to legal operations, leveraging enterprise AI and MCP capabilities to enable self-service contract data queries and trend analysis. You'll evangelize legal processes to cross-functional partners, building self-service resources that demonstrate how following process accelerates outcomes.
Required: 4–8 years in legal operations, business operations, contracts management, or similar operational roles in tech or law firms. Hands-on system experience as a workflow designer or administrator; DocuSign, Ironclad, Jira, and Google Suite experience strongly preferred. Generalist operational profile with ownership across systems, documentation, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. Strong process-building instincts, comfort with ambiguity, bias toward action, excellent organizational and project management skills, professional integrity, discretion, and genuine curiosity about AI tools.
Nice to have: high-growth tech company or autonomous systems/defense experience; entity management and corporate filings experience; e-billing platform familiarity; legal tech sourcing and implementation experience; California Notary Public commission or willingness to obtain one.
Compensation includes base salary, equity (options/RSUs), and comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
