Applied Intuition is seeking a Legal Operations Analyst to join its Legal team in Sunnyvale, California. Reporting to the Legal Operations Manager, you will serve as the day-to-day operational hub for the Legal department, managing intake triage, signature coordination, system administration, knowledge management, entity maintenance, insurance support, and compliance execution. Key responsibilities include: owning the legal intake system and routing requests to appropriate owners; identifying and piloting AI-native approaches to legal operations; managing contract lifecycle management (CLM) operations including NDAs, vendor agreements, and commercial contracts; building and maintaining an organized, searchable legal document repository with standard operating procedures; managing the Legal team's new hire onboarding and templates; tracking legal operations metrics (request volume, turnaround times, outside counsel spend); supporting entity management and corporate filings; assisting with ESG and regulatory compliance execution; managing outside counsel and vendor relationships including budget tracking; coordinating document signatures across the organization; administering the DocuSign environment; arranging notarization services; and evangelizing legal processes to cross-functional partners through self-service resources. You should have 4–8 years of experience in legal operations, business operations, contracts management, or similar operational roles in technology companies or law firms. Hands-on system experience is essential, with strong preference for DocuSign, Ironclad, Jira, and Google Suite. You must be a generalist operator comfortable owning diverse work streams—systems, documentation, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. Strong process-building instincts, comfort with ambiguity, bias toward action, excellent organizational and project management skills, and professional integrity are critical. Genuine curiosity about AI tools and desire to find smarter, scalable workflows is expected. Nice-to-have qualifications include prior experience in high-growth tech or autonomous systems/defense environments, entity management and corporate filings experience, familiarity with e-billing platforms, experience sourcing legal technology solutions, and an active California Notary Public commission or willingness to obtain one. Applied Intuition is a $15 billion Series A company (founded 2017) powering physical AI for autonomous systems across automotive, defense, trucking, construction, mining, and agriculture. The company has 18 of the top 20 global automakers and the US military as clients. The company operates in-office with expectation of 5 days/week from the Sunnyvale headquarters, with flexibility for occasional remote work and family accommodations.
