As a Legal Engineer focused on Real Estate, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to leading law firms and in-house legal teams, helping them maximize value from Legora's platform. This hybrid role combines legal operations expertise, product specialization, solutions architecture, and customer advisory responsibilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building strong client relationships and solving complex challenges to deepen Legora adoption
- Owning the legal workstream throughout the customer journey, from pilots through firm-wide implementation
- Designing practical solutions for Real Estate workflows that deliver measurable business impact
- Delivering product demonstrations, workshops, and training to legal professionals
- Guiding clients through AI adoption in legal practice, helping them evaluate generative AI applications
- Acting as the voice of the customer internally, bringing frontline insights to product and engineering teams
- Building scalable playbooks and best practices to improve customer delivery globally
- Partnering with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate feedback into product improvements
You'll need qualified lawyer status with Real Estate experience from a leading law firm or in-house team. Strong understanding of Real Estate legal workflows, curiosity about technology and AI, and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly across legal, product, and engineering audiences are essential. You should be a proactive problem-solver who builds credibility quickly with senior legal professionals, balances multiple engagements, and maintains high quality standards.
