Legora is an AI-native legal workspace trusted by 1,000+ customers including top-tier law firms (Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons) and corporations like Barclays. The company has scaled to $100M+ ARR and operates across Europe, North America, and APAC.
This Legal Engineer role is a hybrid position spanning legal operations, product specialist, solutions architect, and client success functions. You'll partner with world-class legal teams to maximize their use of Legora's platform, acting as a trusted advisor on complex pain points and high-value scaling opportunities.
Key responsibilities include: building and owning client relationships from pilot through firm-wide adoption; serving as the voice of the user inside Legora to inform product development and roadmap priorities; delivering product demos and training to legal professionals; documenting best practices and developing scalable playbooks; and helping clients navigate AI's impact on legal practice areas and ROI evaluation.
You'll work closely with Customer Success teams, manage multiple concurrent client relationships, and help shape how this function evolves globally. The role requires comfort with ambiguity, strong cross-disciplinary communication (translating between lawyers and engineers), and the ability to bring structure and credibility to fast-moving environments.
Required background: legal experience at a top-tier law firm, in-house corporate legal team, or legal tech company. You're tech-curious and product-savvy—comfortable with technical conversations around generative AI, implementation, and productivity. Native or professional fluency in French is required to support the francophone Canadian market. The ideal candidate is proactive, self-directed, quality-focused without perfectionism, and brings a founder mentality to problem-solving.
