You will join Fever's Legal Department as a Legal Counsel specializing in live productions, reporting to the Legal Director. This role is embedded within the legal team and works closely with the Originals production teams to provide comprehensive legal support for event productions, including co-produced and licensed events across multiple jurisdictions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on agreements spanning content development, event production, distribution, marketing, sponsorship, and talent engagements
- Continuously improve contract templates and legal processes
- Identify legal risks and design mitigation strategies to support smooth execution of events and content initiatives
- Conduct legal research and deliver actionable guidance to leadership and stakeholders
- Manage legal projects, oversee contract workflows, and maintain legal databases
- Support compliance efforts related to intellectual property, data privacy, and regulatory matters
- Assist with incident management and dispute resolution
You will work with independence on assigned projects while collaborating with internal and external subject matter experts. The role requires a US or UK qualified lawyer with production experience who can navigate complex, multi-jurisdictional legal matters in the entertainment and live events space.
