You will join Fever's Legal Department as a Legal Counsel specializing in live productions, reporting to the Legal Director. This role is embedded within the legal team and works closely with Originals and production teams globally to support event execution and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Key responsibilities include: • Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on agreements spanning content development, event production, distribution, marketing, sponsorship, and talent engagements; continuously improve contract templates and processes • Identify legal risks and design mitigation strategies to facilitate smooth execution of events and content initiatives across multiple jurisdictions • Conduct legal research and deliver clear, actionable guidance to leadership and stakeholders on production-related legal matters • Manage diverse legal projects, oversee contract workflows, maintain legal databases, and support internal compliance on intellectual property, data privacy, and regulatory matters • Support incident management and dispute resolution efforts, coordinating with litigation specialists and stakeholders • Own assigned projects with independence while aligning with company legal strategy The ideal candidate is a US or UK qualified lawyer with production experience, capable of working independently on complex matters while collaborating with internal and external subject matter experts.
