You will join Fever's Legal Department as a Legal Counsel specializing in live productions, reporting to the Legal Director. This role is embedded within the Originals team and focuses on supporting content production initiatives globally.
Key responsibilities include:
• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on agreements spanning content development, event production, distribution, marketing, sponsorship, and talent engagements. Continuously improve contract templates and processes.
• Identify legal risks across production and business initiatives, design mitigation strategies, and facilitate smooth execution of events and content across multiple jurisdictions.
• Conduct legal research and deliver clear, actionable guidance to leadership and stakeholders on complex matters.
• Manage diverse legal projects, oversee contract workflows, maintain legal databases, and support compliance initiatives including intellectual property, data privacy, and regulatory matters.
• Support incident management and dispute resolution efforts, coordinating with litigation specialists and stakeholders.
• Work independently on assigned projects while collaborating with internal teams and external subject matter experts, aligned with company legal strategy.
You must be qualified to practice law in the US or UK. Experience in production law, entertainment contracts, and multi-jurisdictional compliance is essential. The role offers exposure to a rapidly scaling company with significant global footprint and prestigious partnerships.
