Revolut is a global fintech company with 75+ million customers, offering spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travel products. The Legal team provides strategic advice across the business to enable fast growth while maintaining compliance and protection.
This Legal Counsel role focuses on corporate governance and regulatory compliance for Revolut's Lithuanian entities and broader European operations. You will serve as the primary legal advisor on corporate governance matters, working closely with executive leadership, supervisory boards, and management bodies across Lithuania and other EEA countries.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert corporate law and governance advice to supervisory and management bodies in Lithuania and other European jurisdictions
- Communicating effectively at the executive level to ensure robust local governance and alignment across the group
- Advising company secretaries on Lithuanian corporate law and governance principles
- Arranging execution of corporate documents including shareholder resolutions, KYC documents, extracts, and regulatory filings
- Advising stakeholders on corporate governance structures, applicable corporate laws, and regulatory matters
- Ensuring Lithuanian entities and European branches comply with governance-related legislation
- Providing guidance on EU corporate structure setup and modifications
- Overseeing the EU Corporate Governance Framework and related policies
- Supporting governance improvement initiatives and roadmaps
- Representing Revolut's Lithuanian entities with legal registers, notaries, and public institutions
You will need 4+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE), fluency in both English and Lithuanian, strong academic credentials, sound judgment under pressure, and exceptional stakeholder management skills. Law firm experience in corporate law or governance is preferred. The role is based in Vilnius, Lithuania, with compensation of €5,800–€6,900 gross monthly depending on qualifications and experience.
