As Legal Counsel (Commercial General), you will join Fever's legal team and provide day-to-day legal support across the company's worldwide operations, with emphasis on product compliance and consumer matters. Reporting to the Lead Counsel, you will work autonomously on commercial and operationally relevant legal matters that support the company's ambitious global expansion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide legal support across all business lines and products, aligned with company legal strategy
- Draft and negotiate B2B and B2C commercial contracts, production agreements, and terms and conditions
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors to manage complex legal reviews
- Contribute to company legal knowledge by preparing and revising templates and legal guides
- Prioritize work based on company strategy and business objectives
- Support and mentor other team members, contributing to their growth and upskilling
- Work across multiple legal functions and reporting lines to support vertical leads
