As Legal Counsel (Commercial General), you will join Fever's legal team at the Madrid headquarters, reporting directly to the Lead Counsel. This is a hands-on individual contributor role supporting the company's rapid global expansion with a focus on product compliance and consumer matters.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide legal support across all business lines and products, aligned with company legal strategy
- Draft and negotiate B2B and B2C commercial contracts, production agreements, and terms and conditions
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors to manage complex legal reviews
- Develop and maintain legal templates, guides, and knowledge documentation
- Support multiple legal functions and vertical leads across reporting lines
- Contribute to team upskilling and professional development
- Prioritize work based on company strategy and objectives
