As Leasing Pricing Specialist, you'll be the pricing engine behind Carwow's UK leasing marketplace. Your core mission is ensuring the marketplace always offers the best-priced, best-covered deals to drive sales team leads and conversions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing funder ratebooks and marketplace data to identify supply-demand gaps; guiding Procurement on where to source deals and at what price points
- Owning and managing all ratebooks (including building custom ones), uploading to Carwow and third-party aggregators, and ensuring daily pricing accuracy
- Acting as the in-office pricing expert, advising Procurement on supply opportunities like dealer finance or commitment batches
- Building models and tooling (leveraging AI where helpful) to accelerate pricing and commercial operations
- Monitoring supply and deal competitiveness across the entire marketplace by brand, model, category, and partner
- Partnering with the Marketplace commercial team to source best supply from broker partners using whitespace analysis
- Tracking competitor pricing and translating market intelligence into clear priorities for Procurement and Marketplace teams
You'll need strong analytical skills (expert Excel/Sheets, comfortable with BI tools like Looker or Power BI, ideally SQL), comfort building models and using AI tools (Claude, Cursor), and a solid grasp of vehicle leasing economics (residual value, cost of funds, on-the-road pricing, VAT, commission, ratebook mechanics). High attention to detail, commercial mindset, and ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations are essential. Experience in vehicle leasing, motor finance, or data-rich commercial/pricing environments is desirable. You'll be based at or working from the Winnersh office, partnering closely with Procurement in person (minimum 3 days/week hybrid).
