Hims & Hers, a leading health and wellness platform and NYSE-traded public company, is seeking a Learning Lead, Pharmacy Technician to own all training operations across Dispense & Fulfillment and pharmacy operations at an assigned site in Mesa, Arizona. In this role, you will manage the complete training lifecycle including scheduling, facilitation, documentation, and compliance. You'll facilitate training for new hires, cross-training, and ongoing development programs while maintaining an active floor presence to support operational teams and identify continuous improvement opportunities. Key responsibilities include conducting remediation and retraining sessions to address performance gaps, developing and maintaining training schedules in coordination with site leadership, and maintaining accurate training records that align with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and regulatory requirements. You will support audit readiness by ensuring training records are up-to-date and accessible for regulatory and internal reviews. You'll utilize LMS platforms to assign, track, and report on training completion and effectiveness, and collaborate with Operations, Quality, Compliance, Safety, and HR to identify skill gaps and ensure training programs meet business and compliance needs. Additional responsibilities include auditing tenured associates to ensure competencies are continuously met, creating and updating training materials to ensure content is current and compliant, and maintaining daily communication with Operations, HR, Recruiting, and other teams. You'll engage associates to build and maintain a strong safety culture, support operational workflows by contributing to path and process tasks when training responsibilities are fulfilled, and ensure all training programs comply with USP, FDA, and state board of pharmacy requirements. The role reports to the Learning Operations Manager or Learning Area Manager depending on shift and operates Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm. REQUIREMENTS: - High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Education, Business, or related field preferred - Active registration as a Pharmacy Technician in the state of employment required - Strong facilitation and presentation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences - Experience with LMS platforms for training administration, tracking, and reporting - Familiarity with regulatory compliance, training documentation, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) - Strong organizational skills with ability to manage schedules, records, and multiple priorities simultaneously - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and relevant digital tools - Flexibility to work various schedules and shifts as needed for a 7-day operation - Strong knowledge of USP <797>, <795>, and <800> standards and cGMP regulations as they relate to training and compliance
