Noodle is higher education's leading strategy, services, and technology partner, helping universities develop infrastructure, deliver learning experiences, and grow enrollment. Learning Architects (LAs) serve as the primary interface between Noodle's learning design teams and university partners, introducing faculty to Noodle's learning design process and facilitating the development of comprehensive program visions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with General Managers, Senior Learning Designers, Learning Designers, Project Managers, Multimedia specialists, and Learning Technologists to deliver exceptional academic programs. You act as the central point of communication between all aspects of learning—program design, course design and builds, course maintenance, refreshes, and term preparation—and the university's Program Director. Key responsibilities include: - Scoping program requirements with Program Directors and serving as an internal ambassador for programmatic ideals and quality - Driving continuous improvement by collaborating with the Student Support and Engagement team to gather course feedback and troubleshoot obstacles - Analyzing performance data and sharing insights with build teams, General Managers, and university partners - Proactively recommending strategic program revisions based on data and feedback - Fostering collaboration and maintaining strong relationships through periodic travel to partner institutions across the United States This is a senior individual contributor role that requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence across multiple stakeholder groups without direct management authority. You'll be instrumental in ensuring program excellence and helping universities achieve their educational goals.
