Honor Technology is seeking a Network Learning and Development Lead to design, build, implement, and measure training programs for the Home Instead franchise network. This role sits within the Network Innovation Office (NIO), which serves as the bridge between corporate strategy and franchise network execution. You will own the end-to-end learning lifecycle for all NIO initiatives. When Honor launches a new tool, rolls out a new process, or scales a validated pilot, you ensure that franchise owners, office staff, Care Professionals, and HQ teams are prepared to adopt and execute it effectively. This is equal parts learning design and project management. Key responsibilities include: - Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) across the organization to rapidly develop high-quality training content, extracting knowledge and structuring it into effective learning experiences while managing production timelines. - Determine appropriate learning strategies for each pilot, rollout, or network change based on audience, complexity, and adoption requirements. Select formats (live training, self-paced modules, job aids, video, train-the-trainer) based on adult learning principles and franchise audience realities. - Design, write, and produce all training content including onboarding materials, educational modules, reference guides, quick-start documentation, and facilitator guides. - Lead live training sessions (virtual or in-person) for franchise owners and network audiences. Develop and certify train-the-trainer models where appropriate. - Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and learning platform presence, ensuring content is published, accessible, current, and retired when no longer relevant. - Measure training effectiveness beyond completion rates. Design knowledge assessments, behavioral adoption metrics, and qualitative feedback loops to determine whether trained franchisees actually perform better. - Analyze completion rates, assessment scores, drop-off points, and post-training feedback to iterate on content based on evidence. - Treat every training development cycle as a project with scope, timeline, milestones, dependencies, and stakeholders. Maintain project plans and communicate status proactively. - Contribute to the NIO's broader project portfolio, applying project management skills to pilot coordination, vendor management, change management, and stakeholder communication. The role requires availability during general company working hours with flexible start/stop times based on geography. Occasional travel is required for quarterly, semi-annual, and annual events including regional meetings and franchise owner conferences. Requirements: - Required: 5+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or training program management - Required: Experience with LMS platforms and content authoring tools - Preferred: Bachelor's or master's degree in instructional design, education, organizational development, or related field - Desirable: Experience in healthcare, franchising, or multi-unit operations
