SeedLegals is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to own substantial product streams across their automated legal solutions platform. Since 2016, SeedLegals has supported over 75,000 startups raising £2bn+ collectively. Backed by Index Ventures, the Series A company operates from London, New York, and Paris. In this role, you will manage multiple product streams at different stages, each with distinct team dependencies. You'll set direction, build business cases, sequence work, and ship outcomes. Working directly with the Chief Product Officer and founders, you'll ensure decisions are made quickly and your roadmap withstands scrutiny from both engineering and commercial teams. Success is measured by market impact—activation, conversion, retention, revenue per customer—not just delivery velocity. You'll identify what needs to move, design the approach, and measure results. Your epics and stories must be precise enough that AI coding agents can implement them directly. AI is core to this role, not peripheral. You'll build prototypes using AI tooling to validate hypotheses faster than traditional documentation. You'll work with designers to define requirements before engineering commits resources. You'll coach junior product managers on discovery, decision-making, and storytelling. Key responsibilities include: owning AI quality (eval sets, metrics, guardrails, legal document safety); building reusable agents and workflows adopted across the business; thinking in terms of agents and connectors as founders' and investors' AI access the platform via MCP; managing cross-functional dependencies across legal, commercial, support, marketing, data, and engineering; and operating with hands-on data analysis using BI tools and SQL. The team is small with short decision cycles and high ownership. You'll deepen expertise in UK startup law, funding, and equity while working with people who understand these domains deeply. The role is hybrid, requiring office attendance 2-3 times monthly for team meetings, planning, and company gatherings. You bring 5+ years driving product with engineers and designers, with AI as a governing force throughout. You're comfortable reading code, understanding pull requests and diffs, and assessing implementation costs without being an engineer. You think in outcomes, own growth metrics, and decide quickly using research to inform rather than delay decisions. You're commercially fluent in pricing, margins, retention, and payback. You excel at managing multiple concurrent streams, sequencing dependencies, and prioritizing ruthlessly. You're detailed on edge cases, regulatory constraints, and awkward states. You make other product people better instinctively.
