As Principal Product Manager for Tax Agents, you will lead the development of enterprise-grade AI agents that transform how top CPA firms and corporate tax departments operate across the tax lifecycle—from data gathering and workpaper preparation through compliance, provision, and review. You'll work directly with engineers and strategic customers to design, ship, and continuously improve intelligent agents that increase efficiency, quality, and practitioner experience.
Key responsibilities include: building AI-native solutions to long-standing industry challenges; understanding customer needs deeply and defining zero-to-one features while scaling one-to-n features; shaping the product roadmap in collaboration with engineering and design; and partnering with customer success, sales, and marketing to drive adoption and gather feedback.
You'll bring 8+ years of product management experience with deep emphasis on AI and agents, combined with 3+ years of tax experience as either a tax practitioner or builder of tax products for CPA or corporate tax markets. You're exceptionally skilled at written and verbal communication, comfortable navigating ambiguity in new product launches, and hold a degree in a technical, accounting, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
