Klaviyo's Treasury team manages the company's global cash, liquidity, insurance, and foreign exchange (FX) risk to support business operations and growth. As Treasury Analyst, you will own day-to-day global cash positioning and forecasting while developing expertise in FX risk management and cross-functional treasury operations. Key responsibilities include: synthesizing complex cash, forecasting, and FX data into clear analysis and reporting for senior management; monitoring FX exposure from international receivables, intercompany transactions, and foreign currency balances; supporting FX hedging strategy development and execution; preparing treasury reporting and KPIs (cash position, forecast accuracy, FX exposure, liquidity metrics); managing daily global cash positioning across multiple entities, currencies, and banking partners; building and maintaining sophisticated cash flow forecasting models using Trovata and other platforms; initiating and reviewing wire transfers and intercompany settlements with appropriate controls; managing bank account administration including account opening/closing, signatory updates, and KYC documentation; monitoring cash and investment balances for policy compliance; partnering with Accounting on treasury reconciliations and month-end close; identifying process improvements and automation opportunities; and collaborating with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and Legal teams. You bring a foundation in treasury or corporate finance with demonstrated ability to manage global, multi-currency cash positions across multiple banking relationships. You have strong financial modeling skills, basic working knowledge of FX concepts (exposure, hedging, spot/forward transactions), and genuine eagerness to deepen treasury expertise. You excel at synthesizing complex data into clear insights and recommendations for senior leadership, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency. You are a self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills who thrives in collaborative environments, manages multiple priorities effectively, and knows when to escalate issues.
