You will own the launch and execution of specific technology partnerships end-to-end, serving as the operational engine that takes partnerships from signed intent through integration, launch, and ongoing management. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role requiring someone who thrives on turning ambiguity into structured, on-time delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
• Own deal execution end-to-end, driving technology partnerships through their launch and execution lifecycle with clear plans, timelines, milestones, and status tracking.
• Orchestrate cross-functional workstreams across Product/EPD, Marketing, and Sales, translating partnership goals into concrete deliverables and ensuring alignment on co-marketing motions and sales enablement.
• Run launch moments and joint go-to-market activations, coordinating messaging, product readiness, and enablement for maximum impact.
• Maintain a single source of truth across the partnership portfolio, producing executive-ready updates on phase, status, owners, next steps, and risk.
• Proactively surface risks, chase dependencies, and remove blockers before they slip timelines while holding stakeholders accountable.
• Support day-to-day partner coordination during launch and execution phases, ensuring smooth communication and professional experience.
• Help build scalable, repeatable playbooks and tiered program structures including templates, intake processes, and cross-functional engagement models.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 6–9 years of experience in technology/ISV partnerships, partner/alliance management, strategic programs, or cross-functional program management, ideally at a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company.
• Demonstrated track record of owning complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end and delivering them on time across Product, Marketing, and Sales stakeholders.
• Strong program and project management instincts with ability to build structure quickly, sequence dependencies, and coordinate many moving parts without dropping details.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to influence without authority and keep both internal teams and external partners aligned.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and fast-moving environments, bringing order and momentum where processes don't yet exist.
• Bias toward proactive ownership—anticipating risks, driving accountability, and making things happen rather than waiting for direction.
• Familiarity with technology integrations and go-to-market motions (co-marketing, co-selling, enablement); exposure to AI, legal tech, procurement, or enterprise software ecosystem is a plus.
