Braze is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join its customer-facing Solutions Consulting team in London. This role combines pre-sales engineering, solution architecture, and customer success expertise to help enterprise clients solve complex engagement marketing challenges.
You will work with sophisticated B2C brands to design and implement customer engagement strategies using Braze's platform. Your responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer needs and architect tailored solutions
- Demonstrating deep technical knowledge of B2C engagement marketing, mobile marketing automation, email, SMS, APIs, and analytics
- Designing solution architectures that align with customer business objectives
- Providing technical guidance on platform capabilities and best practices
- Supporting customers through the pre-sales and early implementation phases
- Traveling to client locations (up to 40% at peak times)
- Mentoring and supporting team members across the organization
You will expand your expertise in marketing technology, platform architecture, and customer engagement strategies while working alongside a high-performing, collaborative team. The role emphasizes intellectual curiosity, creative problem-solving, and a genuine passion for helping customers succeed.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in a Pre-Sales Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture role, ideally selling into accounts with sophisticated buying processes
- Domain knowledge in three or more of the following: SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Direct Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or Programming (including HTML)
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills with strong follow-up discipline
- Demonstrated ability to listen carefully, understand customer problems, and translate needs into solutions
- Team-oriented mindset with a track record of helping colleagues succeed
- High level of intellectual curiosity and commitment to continuous learning
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments with a "get it done" attitude
