Freshworks is seeking a Solution Engineer to join the GTM team in Singapore, focusing on the ITOM (IT Operations Management) business unit. You will work with enterprise customers to identify and solve their most critical business challenges, supporting the sales team through discovery calls, requirements gathering, and product demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with enterprise customers to understand and address their critical business challenges
- Conduct discovery calls and deliver product demonstrations for active sales deals
- Gather requirements effectively to define customer problems clearly
- Build and present compelling demonstrations of Freshworks ITOM products
- Articulate the value proposition of Freshworks solutions to diverse audiences
- Support cross-functional teams in addressing business and technical challenges
- Manage multiple deals monthly in a dynamic sales environment
- Evangelize the Freshworks platform and its user experience

Requirements:
- 6-8 years of combined Solution Engineering and/or IT Operations experience
- Excellent soft skills and presentation abilities (used daily)
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven capability to work on cross-functional teams addressing business and technical challenges
- Demonstrated time management skills in a dynamic sales environment
- Highly driven with focus on execution and strong sense of urgency
- Strong understanding of ITOM/ITAM domains; familiarity with ServiceNow, BMC, Lansweeper, or similar platforms
- Deep knowledge of on-premise and cloud infrastructure including Windows/Linux Server OS, virtualization, EUC, networking, public cloud, and storage
