Tripledot Studios, one of the world's largest independent mobile games companies with 2,500+ employees across 12 studios, is seeking a Lead QA Engineer to join Belka Games, a top-30 highest-grossing game developer in Europe with over 110 million players.
In this role, you will lead quality assurance efforts for mobile game titles, managing both manual and automation QA teams while maintaining high testing standards. You'll be responsible for defining and controlling quality indicators, developing testing rules and documentation, and ensuring products are release-ready. Your day-to-day work includes directly participating in product testing, distributing test tasks to team members, maintaining QA records including test cases and checklists, and providing comprehensive project status reports with risk analysis. You'll collaborate closely with development teams on release planning, estimation, and task prioritization.
This is a people-management role overseeing QA teams of 10+ members, requiring strong organizational skills, strategic thinking about testing approaches, and the ability to balance continuous improvement with aggressive development schedules. You'll work in a hybrid environment within a collaborative, data-driven culture that values strong opinions and metric-based decision-making.
**Requirements:**
- 3+ years in QA roles within mobile game development
- Experience leading QA teams of 10+ people
- Strong understanding of mobile game development lifecycle
- Proficiency in QA KPIs, team development, test documentation, and testing strategy
- Experience with A/B testing and monetization analysis
- SQL and relational database knowledge
- Git and CI/CD experience
- Familiarity with API and network debugging tools (Swagger/OpenAPI, Charles, Fiddler)
- Practical AI integration experience in testing workflows
- English and Russian at B2 level or above (spoken and written)
- Strong planning, organization, and team management skills
- Experience collaborating with automation teams

- MongoDB query experience
