Cents is a venture-backed B2B SaaS platform serving the $40+ billion laundry and dry cleaning industry, helping laundromats, dry cleaners, and garment care businesses start, manage, and grow. The company has evolved from a single-product offering to a multi-product suite serving diverse operator types and is seeking its first dedicated senior product marketer to scale go-to-market efforts. In this role, you will partner closely with the VP of Marketing to establish product marketing systems, processes, and strategic initiatives. You'll own the full product marketing lifecycle across the company's expanding product portfolio. Key responsibilities include: - Conducting audience research, defining ideal customer profiles, and developing go-to-market strategies for new products and market segments - Developing naming, positioning, and messaging frameworks for existing and future products and features - Leading product launch and release processes in close collaboration with the product team - Enabling sales and customer success teams through targeted enablement materials and training - Conducting competitive intelligence and market analysis to inform strategy - Managing multiple concurrent work streams and initiatives You'll work in a fast-growing, well-funded environment (backed by Bessemer, Camber Creek, and Sumeru Equity Partners; ranked #101 on Inc 5000 for 2026) with a team focused on empowering small business owners. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience, with at least 2 years marketing software sold to SMBs - Proven track record taking products from thesis through launch - Experience working closely with sales and customer success teams - Ability to lead and manage multiple work streams in parallel - Strong writing and content creation skills; ability to build marketing materials independently - Industry knowledge of laundry/dry cleaning is not required; the company values how you think about users and products over domain expertise - Open to candidates who don't match every requirement but can articulate why they'd excel in the role
