You will lead the strategy and execution of Tide's Wealth Services pillar, owning the evolution of savings and investment products for SMEs and sole traders, with pensions/SIPPs as the initial focus. This is a strategic, end-to-end product leadership role where you define the roadmap, balance commercial growth with technical scalability and regulatory compliance, and drive cross-functional delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and executing the product roadmap for savings, investment accounts, and wealth services across web and mobile
- Owning commercial accountability for deposits, activation, retention, funded accounts, assets under administration, and cross-sell efficiency
- Leading full-cycle product management from discovery and partner negotiation through launch and optimization
- Partnering with engineering, design, data, compliance, and finance teams to deliver compliant, high-quality features in a regulated environment
- Building and running rigorous test-and-learn programs (A/B testing, MVT) to optimize user journeys
- Managing relationships with banking, savings, and investment partners
- Using deep customer analytics to understand SME cash-flow and financial needs, ensuring products solve real-world problems
You bring 7-10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years in savings, deposits, wealth, or treasury products. You have strong domain expertise in savings/investment products, product economics, and regulatory frameworks (FCA/CASS or equivalents). Experience with pensions/SIPPs is highly desirable. You have proven commercial acumen managing P&Ls, pricing, and unit economics. You're technically fluent with BaaS APIs, ledger architectures, and data tools (SQL, Tableau, Excel). You have a track record of taking regulated products from concept to scale in fintech. You excel at stakeholder management, influencing senior leadership, and navigating complex discussions with risk, legal, and compliance teams. You're analytically rigorous, using data and experimentation to validate decisions.
