Salary: EUR 68,400 - 85,500 / annual

Tide is a fintech platform serving over 2 million SMEs globally with business banking, invoicing, and accounting solutions. The company operates across the UK, India, Germany, and France with technology centers in Serbia, Romania, Lithuania, and Bulgaria. You will own the strategy and execution of Tide's Wealth Services pillar, focusing initially on savings, investment accounts, and pensions/SIPPs for SMEs and sole traders. This is a full-cycle product management role where you define the roadmap, lead cross-functional delivery, and drive commercial outcomes. Key responsibilities include: - Defining and executing the product roadmap for savings and wealth services, with potential to scale across markets - Leading end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through partner negotiation, delivery, and optimization on web and mobile - Owning commercial accountability for deposits, activation, retention, funded accounts, assets under administration, and cross-sell efficiency - Partnering with engineering, design, data, compliance, and finance teams in a regulated environment - Building and running A/B testing and multivariate testing programs to optimize user journeys - Managing relationships with banking, savings, and investment partners - Conducting customer segmentation and analytics to understand SME cash-flow and financial needs You bring 7-10+ years of product management experience with at least 3+ years in savings, deposits, wealth, or treasury products. You have deep domain expertise in savings and investment products, product economics, and regulatory frameworks (FCA/CASS or equivalents). Pensions/SIPP experience is highly desirable. You have proven commercial acumen managing product P&Ls, pricing, and unit economics. You're technically fluent with BaaS APIs, ledger architectures, and data tools (SQL, Tableau, Excel). You have a track record of taking regulated products from concept to scale in fintech. You excel at influencing senior leadership and navigating complex discussions with Risk, Legal, and Compliance. You're analytically rigorous, using data and experimentation to validate decisions.
