The company operates an AI-native platform delivering personalized support across self-guided tools, coaching, therapy, medication management, and specialty care, reaching over 170 million people through employers, health plans, and partners. You will serve as a Product Manager responsible for driving growth, engagement, and retention for members with complex care needs. This is a growth-oriented product leadership role focused on strategy, experimentation, and outcomes for the Specialty Care segment. Key responsibilities include: owning the growth strategy for Specialty Care, defining how Spring Health improves activation, session attendance, retention, and progression through care for high-acuity members; identifying and testing growth levers across the member journey (onboarding, scheduling, care plan adherence, between-session engagement, care transitions); building and maintaining a continuous experimentation roadmap in partnership with data, engineering, and clinical teams; defining and owning growth KPIs (activation, attendance, retention, utilization, longitudinal engagement); translating clinical constraints into scalable growth systems; leading cross-functional teams to ship and iterate on member-facing experiences; partnering with clinical, legal, and compliance teams to ensure growth initiatives respect safety and regulatory requirements; collaborating with other PMs on cohesive Specialty Care programs; and using qualitative insights and experimentation results to refine strategy. Success metrics include meeting utilization and revenue targets for Specialty Care, developing a clear data-informed growth strategy aligned with clinical priorities, sustaining improvements in activation and retention for high-acuity members, establishing a robust experimentation culture, ensuring growth initiatives are ethically sound and clinically appropriate, and aligning cross-functional teams on growth definition and measurement. The role is hybrid, based in New York City (60 Madison Avenue), with expectations to be in office 2-3 days per week.
