Spring Health is a global mental health platform on a mission to eliminate barriers to mental health care. The company operates an AI-native platform delivering personalized support across self-guided tools, coaching, therapy, medication management, and specialty care, reaching over 170 million people through employers, health plans, and partners.
You will own the growth strategy for Specialty Care, responsible for driving activation, engagement, retention, and progression through care for complex, high-acuity members. This is a growth-oriented product leadership role operating at the intersection of growth strategy, clinical care models, and product execution.
Key responsibilities include: defining and owning the growth strategy for Specialty Care across the member journey (onboarding, scheduling, care plan adherence, between-session engagement, care transitions); building and maintaining a continuous experimentation roadmap in partnership with data, engineering, and clinical teams; defining and owning growth KPIs (activation, attendance, retention, utilization, longitudinal engagement) that reflect both business and clinical outcomes; translating clinical constraints into scalable growth systems; leading cross-functional teams to ship and iterate on member-facing and internal experiences; partnering with clinical, legal, and compliance teams to ensure initiatives respect safety and regulatory requirements; collaborating with other PMs to ensure cohesion across programs; and raising the bar for growth thinking through experimentation and outcome-driven decision-making.
Success means meeting utilization and revenue targets for Specialty Care, establishing a clear data-informed growth strategy aligned with clinical priorities, sustaining improvements in activation and retention for high-acuity members, building a robust experimentation culture, ensuring growth initiatives are ethically sound and clinically appropriate, and achieving cross-functional alignment on growth metrics and meaning.
The role is hybrid based in Seattle (255 King St), with expectation to be in office 2-3 days per week.
