Attentive is an AI marketing platform that unifies SMS, RCS, email, and push notifications to deliver personalized customer experiences at scale. The company partners with 8,000+ customers across 70+ industries, including major brands like Crate and Barrel, Urban Outfitters, and Carter's, and has been recognized by Deloitte (Fast 500), Forbes (Cloud 100), and LinkedIn as a top startup. As Lead Product Manager for the First-Party Data Platform, you will own the web collection layer end-to-end, a critical infrastructure that powers downstream personalization across Attentive's product suite. This is a high-scope, high-visibility role sitting at the intersection of infrastructure and intelligence. Key responsibilities include: - Build and own the roadmap for an AI-driven data quality system that autonomously detects collection gaps, generates configuration fixes, validates them through experimentation, and deploys improvements without manual intervention - Own the roadmap for Attentive's web-based first-party data collection (both client-side and server-side), defining how brands instrument and bring data into the platform - Define and instrument success metrics for first-party data quality, including coverage rates, match rates, and downstream performance impact, using them to drive prioritization and executive alignment - Partner closely with engineering, data science, and go-to-market teams to move from semi-manual experimentation to fully automated, continuously improving data collection at scale - Translate complex instrumentation systems into intuitive, self-service experiences for customers and internal teams, reducing reliance on manual support and engineering intervention You bring 5+ years of product management experience with direct exposure to web analytics, event tracking, first-party data collection, identity resolution, or instrumentation platforms. You have strong technical fluency in how data is collected from the internet—including client-side tags, server-side events, browser behavior, and event payload structure. You can work closely with engineers on technical systems while translating complexity into clear customer-facing workflows and business outcomes. You have a track record of improving implementation experiences, debugging workflows, or data quality at the point of collection in a SaaS or B2B environment, and driving execution in cross-functional environments where engineering, support, and GTM teams depend on your product decisions.
