GetYourGuide is seeking a Lead Product Manager for its B2C Discovery (Traveler) organization in Berlin. You will own the product strategy and vision for a core discovery experience that connects millions of travelers with unforgettable activities worldwide. In this role, you'll develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for your product area, setting clear measurable goals and taking full responsibility for outcomes. You'll drive sustained customer impact through a 12+ month roadmap, identifying opportunities for non-incremental improvement. Your responsibilities include articulating how your product area connects to the company's mission, breaking strategy into actionable steps, and building alignment across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. You'll drive coherence across multiple discovery entry points—browse, landing pages, inspiration modules—balancing short-term wins with durable information architecture and scalable content strategy. You'll synthesize customer feedback, research insights, and business metrics to identify and prioritize meaningful traveler problems, defining success measures and iterating based on evidence. A key part of your role is building and executing an experimentation strategy: developing a robust hypothesis pipeline, defining guardrails and learning agendas, and ensuring high-quality measurement. You'll use experiment outcomes to derive actionable insights, inform roadmap decisions, and align cross-team priorities. You'll drive end-to-end delivery from discovery through launch and iteration, enabling effective collaboration across engineering, design, research, and data. You'll build strong relationships with partner teams influencing discovery quality (Search, Recommendations, Brand/Content, Commercial), setting clear expectations and aligning on shared goals. Finally, you'll represent the traveler perspective at all levels, communicate decisions with clarity and transparency, and coach PMs and cross-functional partners to raise the bar on product thinking and execution. Required: 6+ years in product management with at least 2+ years as a Lead Product Manager. You'll need demonstrated ability to lead with customer problems and value creation, ownership of a significant product area with strategy and KPI responsibilities, strong cross-functional alignment skills, ability to lead in ambiguity and influence without authority, excellent English communication, and strong data analytics skills. Experience in marketplace or travel is a bonus.
