Andercore is an AI-native supplier of industrial materials for energy, infrastructure, and construction across Europe. The company operates a sophisticated trade and distribution platform powered by agentic AI that handles sourcing, quality, pricing, sales, logistics, and embedded financing end-to-end. With €100M+ in annual turnover, operations across seven European markets, and 80+ employees, Andercore recently closed a $40M Series B (total $75M raised from Atomico, Project A, and Inven Capital). You will join as Director of Product Management, owning a core product area end-to-end with direct reporting to the founder. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on shipping product, not strategy theater. Your domain will be one of three P&L-relevant areas: logistics automation, pricing optimization, or embedded finance. Responsibilities include: defining and owning discovery with real users (traders, logistics operators, buyers) through weekly in-person engagement; setting concrete targets tied to automation and retention metrics; prioritizing and delivering with your engineering squad, making hard calls on scope; and driving post-launch iteration based on usage data and margin impact rather than opinion. You bring 5+ years of product management experience with at least 2 years at B2B scale-ups, owning product areas through significant growth. You have shipped products in operations-heavy domains (logistics, marketplaces, supply chain, fintech). You are fluent with data—pulling your own numbers, defining metrics, and changing course when data demands it. You have a track record of fast MVP cycles: building, measuring, iterating or killing, with clear decision rationale. Experience shipping AI-powered features to production is a strong plus. Fluent English required; German is a plus. This is not a people-management role on day one, though there is a path to building a team as the organization scales. This is not a strategy-deck role—your best work ships as product, not slides. You are self-motivated, iterative, and eager for product success. You take ownership of problems and see them through. You are comfortable with feedback loops and continuous improvement. You are a lifelong learner who can dive into complex domains quickly and become expert. You are data-informed, business-oriented, and relentless in execution.
