Tekion is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the CRM product team, owning core capabilities that power lead management, customer engagement, and sales execution for automotive dealerships. You will define product strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals and customer needs, drive adoption and measurable business impact, and mentor junior Product Managers while setting high standards for product thinking and execution. Key responsibilities include owning the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration; driving adoption, penetration, and customer satisfaction metrics; acting as the voice of the customer by understanding dealership workflows and sales processes; defining success metrics and using data to prioritize investments; leading complex cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Customer Success; designing scalable solutions that work across dealership sizes and regions; mentoring Product Managers and influencing best practices; and enabling teams to move fast while maintaining quality. You will partner closely with GTM and Customer Success teams to ensure features deliver real dealer value, continuously gather and synthesize customer feedback and usage data, align stakeholders across product verticals, and balance speed with sustainability. The role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication, and the ability to operate in complex multi-stakeholder environments. Required qualifications: 8+ years of Product Management experience owning customer-facing SaaS products; 2+ years mentoring or managing Product Managers; advanced degree (MBA or Engineering) from a top-tier institution; experience leading distributed onshore and offshore teams; proven track record of driving product adoption and measurable business impact; strong prioritization and stakeholder alignment skills; hands-on leadership with bias for action; and end-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle. Preferred: AI/ML product management experience and familiarity with automotive retail industry or dealer/OEM data.
