Peloton is seeking an experienced Product Manager to define and execute the strategy for commercial software and digital experiences serving gym and health club operators, hotels, universities, and residential fitness facility managers. In this role, you will drive product strategy and lifecycle for tools that help operators monitor, manage, and customize equipment and software. You'll bridge high-level strategy with technical execution, acting as an autonomous strategic leader and hands-on builder tackling complex, ambiguous problems while balancing user experience with business outcomes.
Your daily impact includes: developing and executing comprehensive product strategy while owning key metrics such as operator NPS, issue resolution rates, and support cost reduction; partnering with Customer Support, Service, Installation, Engineering, Hardware, Research, Analytics, and Design teams to deliver holistic experiences for both operators and exercisers; driving organizational alignment on strategic decisions through clear communication; diving deep into user data, research, testing, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and design experiments; managing the full product lifecycle from concept to launch, leveraging AI to experiment quickly and increase efficiency; and empowering teams to deliver scalable software solutions.
You bring 6+ years of Product Management experience with at least 2 years building commercial and/or B2B software. You're a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, experienced building and iterating prototypes while engaging directly with customers. You have strong quantitative and analytical skills, proven ability to use data for roadmap decisions, and exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities. You work autonomously, thrive in collaborative environments, and have a bias for action.
Bonus qualifications include experience in health and fitness, integrated hardware and software development, and consumer subscription models.
