Infinitus is an AI communications platform serving healthcare, automating patient interactions across the care journey. The company has automated over 7 million calls and 100M+ minutes of conversation, and is trusted by 44% of the healthcare Fortune 50. Backed by $100M+ from top-tier investors including Google Ventures, Kleiner Perkins, Andreessen Horowitz, and Coatue, Infinitus was recently named to Fast Company's World's Most Innovative Companies.
The AI Hub is Infinitus's AI-first platform for patient support, combining AI agents, human experts, and enterprise workflows to help patients access, afford, and stay on therapy. It redefines how specialty pharmaceutical companies engage with patients by replacing fragmented, manual operations with intelligent, scalable, always-on experiences.
In this role, you will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI Hub across the entire patient journey—benefit verification, prior authorization follow-up, enrollment, financial assistance, and adherence. You'll define how the platform evolves, balancing cutting-edge AI capabilities with operational excellence, safety, and human expertise required in healthcare.
Key responsibilities include: developing product strategy and roadmap across the entire patient journey as one connected experience; designing the AI-and-human operating model, defining what agents handle autonomously and what routes to human experts; expanding automation strategy while instrumenting the system to understand where and why humans are still needed; translating pharma manufacturer and specialty pharmacy needs into a winning, scalable product; and providing cross-functional leadership across engineering, AI/ML, operations, implementation, clinical, and compliance teams.
Required qualifications: 5+ years in product management with ownership of a product line or portfolio and track record of setting strategy; deep specialty pharma and patient support domain expertise (hub services, patient support programs, benefit verification, prior authorization, copay/financial assistance, payor/PBM workflows); strong systems thinking for designing workflows where software and human operations are both first-class; fluency with data and metrics; proven ability to operate in regulated, safety-first environments; and senior cross-functional and executive-facing leadership skills.
Bonus qualifications include consulting experience with pharma/life sciences clients, working knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce Health Cloud/Life Sciences Cloud), experience owning implementations, and experience shipping AI/ML or agentic products.
The role offers hybrid work (SF office Mon/Tues/Thurs), competitive salary and equity, 401(k), wellness stipend, comprehensive benefits, generous PTO and parental leave, and bi-annual offsites.
