As Lead Product Manager for AI Ads, you will own the complete product strategy and execution for a new product line, from early discovery through launch and scaled growth. You will partner closely with the Head of AI Ads, who brings domain expertise and channel experience. Your role is to translate customer insights and strategic inputs into a focused, scalable roadmap.
Key responsibilities:
- Set product strategy and roadmap for the AI Ads product line
- Conduct direct customer research to understand problems and decision-making processes
- Drive ideas from discovery through launch using prototypes and early releases for rapid learning
- Define success metrics and use customer behavior, product data, and commercial results to inform decisions
- Lead cross-functional execution with clear ownership of scope, sequencing, and tradeoffs
- Work closely with engineers and designers throughout the product development cycle
- Use modern AI tools and prototyping approaches to accelerate learning

REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a zero-to-one product or major new product area
- Direct experience in growth, digital advertising, ad tech, marketing technology, measurement, or related field
- Proven track record of turning unclear customer problems into products that users adopt and pay for
- Strong analytical skills and comfort making decisions from incomplete data
- Experience working directly with senior customers and translating insights into product priorities
- Ability to collaborate closely with engineers and designers from discovery through launch
- Hands-on approach to prototyping and familiarity with modern AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar)
- Clear written and verbal communication, strong judgment, and low ego
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience as a founding PM, founder, or early product hire
- Familiarity with AI search, AEO (AI Engine Optimization), or the relationship between paid and organic growth
