The company is seeking a Lead Product Designer to join the CRM Sales group in Tel Aviv, focusing on designing agentic experiences that help revenue teams close deals on desktop and mobile. In this role, you will conceptualize, define, and ship end-to-end agentic experiences that solve customers' core jobs to be done. You'll drive large 0-to-1 cross-product initiatives and guide other designers in delivering holistic product experiences. You'll own vision initiatives to create clarity and alignment around the future of monday CRM, pushing boundaries on how teams work in the AI era by adopting new tools and workflows. You'll partner closely with Product and Engineering leads to define strategic priorities and roadmaps for your domain. Staying close to users and obsessing over real-world problems is central to the role. You'll also contribute to monday.com's broader design culture through guild initiatives, sharing learnings, and driving best practices across the organization. Monday CRM has achieved significant traction since launching in 2022, with over 25,000 paying accounts and skyrocketing ARR, making it one of the fastest-growing CRMs on the market. In 2025, the company is expanding its offering with new tools and AI-powered features to transform how companies sell. REQUIREMENTS: - 8+ years of product design experience - High AI fluency and proven track record working with AI coding tools, coding agents, and shipping experiences to production - Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped products and features that drove real impact on both desktop and mobile - Exceptional interaction and visual design skills with high attention to detail - Experience working with, maintaining, and leveraging an existing design system - Strong system design skills and ability to envision how interactions create holistic and consistent experiences across multiple platforms and devices - Exceptional leadership skills and proven track record of influencing decisions and driving impact through others without direct authority - Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment - Ability to validate and iterate designs through research, experimentation, and live usage data - Strong organizational and prioritization skills with sharp attention to detail - Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a team-first mindset - High level of written and spoken English NICE TO HAVE: - Prior SaaS/B2C enterprise-focused experience
