Freshworks is seeking a Lead Product Designer (IC3) for Freshservice, their flagship Employee Experience platform. In this role, you will transform complex enterprise workflows into seamless, intuitive experiences while leading strategic design initiatives and mentoring a growing design team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to prioritize design problems and integrate user-centric solutions into the product roadmap
- Translate qualitative and quantitative user research into high-level product decisions and measurable business outcomes
- Drive forward-looking design strategy, including emerging paradigms like Generative AI and conversational design
- Demonstrate full-stack design capability across user research, interaction design, design systems, and visual execution
- Use exceptional communication and storytelling skills to justify design rationale and gain cross-functional buy-in
- Leverage product and design metrics to measure UX effectiveness and validate design iterations
- Maintain expert proficiency in modern collaborative design tools (Figma, Miro, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years of progressive experience designing enterprise-grade or large-scale consumer B2B SaaS applications
- At least 2 years in a dedicated team lead or strategic capacity
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related quantitative or creative technical discipline
- Prior experience or strong interest in conversational interfaces, AI-assisted workflows, or employee experience/ITSM platforms (highly preferred)
