AirOps is a full-service platform helping brands succeed in AI search. As consumers shift from traditional search engines to AI agents like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, the discovery and purchasing landscape is fundamentally changing. AirOps works with category leaders including Ramp, Chime, Airbnb, ServiceNow, and Rippling to help brands get found, recommended, and earn trust in this new environment. You will own end-to-end product design for core platform features, from initial concept through launch and iteration. Your work will span search visibility tools, content gap analysis workflows, AI agent optimization interfaces, and multi-channel content publishing experiences. You'll partner closely with product and engineering leads to translate complex AI search challenges into elegant, intuitive design solutions that content teams actually want to use. Key responsibilities include designing intuitive workflows for complex tasks, creating information hierarchies and data visualizations that make sense of large datasets, building and maintaining the design system, conducting user research with content teams and marketing leaders, and prototyping rapidly to validate assumptions before engineering investment. You'll collaborate with customer success to understand how teams use the platform and identify friction points. You'll also help define product strategy by identifying opportunities where better design directly impacts customer outcomes and mentor junior designers to build a design culture focused on measurable business impact. The role requires someone who thrives on moving fast while tackling complex information architecture challenges. You'll use modern tools like Cursor, Figma, and Bolt to prototype and iterate quickly, working directly with content and marketing teams to build delightful experiences. QUALIFICATIONS: - 6+ years of product design experience with at least 3 years on B2B SaaS platforms - Portfolio demonstrating ability to simplify complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces - Experience designing for technical audiences while maintaining accessibility for non-technical users - Strong understanding of content management systems, SEO tools, or marketing technology platforms - Fluency with modern prototyping tools (Cursor, Bolt, Claude Code) and comfort with Figma and Git - Track record of shipping products that directly impact business metrics and user adoption - Ability to work autonomously while actively seeking feedback and collaboration - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Comfort with ambiguity and ability to define structure where none exists - Genuine interest in how AI is changing search, content discovery, and digital marketing
