As Lead Product Analyst, you will own analytics for key product workstreams while managing and mentoring a team of junior analysts. This role combines hands-on analytics work with people leadership in a high-growth healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end analytics for assigned product domains using large, complex datasets
- Define, track, and forecast key business and product metrics aligned to company goals
- Design, run, and evaluate experiments (A/B tests, pilots) to test business hypotheses
- Perform and automate root-cause analyses for recurring business problems
- Identify the right KPIs and build measurement frameworks
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to improve data instrumentation, accuracy, and completeness
- Manage a team of junior analysts: work allocation, technical guidance, quality reviews, coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback
- Develop compelling data-driven stories for senior leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure high standards of project management, documentation, and knowledge sharing
- Contribute to analytics roadmap and strategy in collaboration with cross-functional leaders
- Drive adoption of best practices, tools, and processes across the analytics function
Required Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of experience in product analytics or related field
- Strong ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear analytical approaches
- Proven experience building and delivering decision-ready insights via dashboards, reports, and deep-dive analyses
- Experience designing and leading analytical projects aligned to business objectives (conversion, order value, retention, repeat behavior, operational efficiency)
- Deep understanding of metric definition, tracking, and measurement frameworks
- Experience building automated reporting and alerting systems
- High ownership mindset with strong focus on data quality, instrumentation, and governance
- Excellent stakeholder communication and storytelling skills
- Demonstrated experience managing, mentoring, and upskilling junior analysts
