Fi is seeking a Marketing Analyst to own the company's entire marketing analytics stack. You'll be responsible for daily reporting, measurement frameworks that inform budget allocation decisions, and answering both descriptive questions ("what happened") and predictive/diagnostic ones ("why" and "what if"). You'll work with the data team's shared warehouse models and definitions to ensure marketing reporting reconciles to a single source of truth across the organization.
Fi is a Series B pet-tech company founded by veterans from Square, Google, Oura, Peloton, and Uber. The company is building real-time location tracking, activity monitoring, sleep analysis, and behavior insights for pet owners—essentially creating a communication bridge between pets and their humans. The mission is to revolutionize pet ownership through cutting-edge technology and data-driven insights.
In this role, you'll be the go-to person for marketing's analytical needs. You'll design and maintain dashboards, develop KPI frameworks, conduct cohort and attribution analysis, and provide insights that directly influence marketing spend decisions. You'll collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate business questions into analytical work, and with the data team to ensure consistency and accuracy across all reporting.
This is an ideal fit for someone who enjoys both the operational side of analytics (building reliable reporting systems) and the strategic side (uncovering insights that drive decisions). You should be comfortable with SQL, visualization tools, and statistical thinking, and have experience in a marketing analytics or similar role where you've owned end-to-end analytical processes.
