Scopely, a leading interactive entertainment company behind hit mobile games including MONOPOLY GO! and Pokémon GO, is seeking an experienced Finance Analyst to join the Product Finance team supporting the LIVE Games Portfolio. This is a senior, high-visibility individual contributor role based in Barcelona, reporting to finance leadership.
You will own end-to-end financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting for the live games portfolio, presenting directly to senior game and finance leadership. As the primary finance business partner, you will serve as the key point of contact for General Managers, User Acquisition teams, Data Science, Accounting, and central functions—building trusted relationships that shape portfolio-level decision-making.
Key responsibilities include: building and maintaining complex revenue, user acquisition, and cost models; translating large datasets into clear KPI narratives and performance reports; identifying opportunities and leading process improvement and automation projects (forecasting redesigns, KPI dashboards, reporting infrastructure); and managing senior stakeholders across functions with minimal oversight while delivering operational rigor in monthly and quarterly close cycles.
You will work across Scopely's global live games portfolio from the Barcelona hub, collaborating daily with teams across the US, EMEA, and beyond. The role offers exposure to a high-caliber team with backgrounds in consulting, banking, private equity, and high-growth tech (Amazon, Google, Netflix), and a clear path to Finance Manager and Senior Manager roles with expanding scope.
Required: 5+ years in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or strong analytical roles, ideally with exposure to gaming, mobile apps, subscription, or consumer tech. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; demonstrated ability to build complex financial models and translate data into clear narratives. Proven stakeholder management and project leadership experience. Strong understanding of live-service/mobile games KPIs (DAU/MAU, ARPDAU, LTV, ROAS, retention) and their connection to financial performance. Familiarity with BI/data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and financial planning systems (Workday Adaptive Planning) strongly preferred; SQL is a plus. Excellent English communication skills. Must be based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona with flexibility to collaborate across time zones.
