Trustpilot, a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company and operator of the world's largest independent consumer review platform, is seeking a Lead Data Analyst for Pricing & Monetization to join its Go-To-Market (GTM) Analytics team. This is a high-impact individual contributor role designed for a seasoned expert who bridges complex statistical modeling with strategic GTM execution in a B2B SaaS environment.
You will lead pricing and monetization analytics, partnering with product and commercial leadership to evaluate pricing strategies, analyze discount behaviors, and track financial performance of new monetization initiatives. Your responsibilities include designing and executing advanced statistical analyses—cohort analysis, customer segmentation via clustering, and predictive modeling—to identify growth levers. You'll build and scale analytics infrastructure through proprietary solutions in R/Python, integrated into the data stack.
As a trusted advisor, you'll provide actionable insights to influence stakeholders toward data-informed decisions and drive data literacy around GTM optimization. You'll architect intuitive Looker dashboards that deliver insights for stakeholders from Commercial Ops to executive leadership, and collaborate closely with the data engineering team using dbt to ensure robust, analyst-ready GTM data pipelines.
You bring demonstrated experience successfully driving strategic GTM initiatives, establishing analytical best practices, and mentoring team members. You are fluent in SQL and R/Python with solid understanding of regression models, clustering, propensity analysis, and statistical significance. You have several years solving go-to-market problems using appropriate analytical techniques, understand core SaaS metrics, and have experience evaluating pricing strategies and monetization models. You possess strong stakeholder management skills, can explain complex solutions to non-technical audiences, and have proven experience with Looker (LookML) or similar BI tools. You maintain a high bar for data quality and have experience with modern data stacks (BigQuery, dbt, Airflow).
Trustpilot offers flexible working options, competitive compensation plus bonus, 25 days holiday annually (increasing to 28 after 2 years), two paid volunteering days per year, and rich learning opportunities.
