Trustpilot is a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company operating the world's largest independent consumer review platform. The company is seeking a Lead Data Analyst for Pricing & Monetization to join the Go-To-Market (GTM) Analytics team in London.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on bridging complex statistical modeling with strategic GTM execution in a B2B SaaS environment. You will serve as a trusted analytical partner to the Pricing & Monetization team, working cross-functionally across the commercial organization and broader analytics and data teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with product and commercial leadership to evaluate pricing and packaging strategies, analyzing discount behaviors and tracking financial performance of new monetization initiatives
- Designing and executing advanced statistical analyses including cohort analysis, customer segmentation via clustering, and predictive modeling to identify growth levers
- Building and scaling analytics infrastructure through proprietary solutions in R/Python and integrating them into the data stack
- Providing actionable insights to influence stakeholders in data-informed decision-making and driving data literacy around GTM optimization
- Architecting intuitive Looker dashboards that provide actionable insights for stakeholders from Commercial Ops to executive leadership
- Collaborating closely with data engineering teams using dbt to ensure GTM data pipelines are robust, efficient, and analyst-ready
You bring demonstrated experience successfully driving strategic GTM initiatives, establishing analytical standards, and mentoring team members. You are fluent in SQL and R/Python with solid understanding of regression models, clustering, propensity analysis, and statistical significance. You have several years solving go-to-market problems and understand core SaaS metrics, pricing strategies, and monetization models. You possess strong stakeholder management skills, can explain complex solutions to non-technical audiences, and have proven experience with Looker (LookML) or similar BI tools. You maintain high data quality standards and have experience with modern data stacks including BigQuery, dbt, and Airflow.
