Trustpilot, a profitable FTSE-250 company and operator of the world's largest open customer review platform, is seeking a Lead Data Analyst for Pricing & Monetization to join the Go-To-Market (GTM) Analytics team. This is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on driving growth through data-driven insights into pricing architecture and monetization strategies. You will serve as a trusted analytical partner to the Pricing & Monetization team and broader commercial organization, operating in a semi-embedded model where you own strategic focus areas. Your responsibilities include: • Pricing & Monetization Analytics: Partner with product and commercial leadership to evaluate pricing and packaging strategies, analyze discount behaviors, and track financial performance of new monetization initiatives. • Advanced Statistical Analysis: Design and execute complex analyses including cohort analysis, customer segmentation via clustering, and predictive modeling to identify growth levers. • Tool & Capability Development: Build and scale analytics infrastructure by developing proprietary solutions in R/Python and integrating them into the data stack. • Stakeholder Influence: Provide actionable insights to drive data-informed decision-making and elevate data literacy across GTM optimization. • Scalable Reporting: Architect intuitive Looker dashboards that deliver actionable insights to stakeholders from Commercial Ops to executive leadership. • Data Engineering Collaboration: Work closely with data engineering teams using dbt to ensure GTM data pipelines are robust, efficient, and analyst-ready. You bring demonstrated experience successfully driving strategic GTM initiatives, establishing analytical best practices, and mentoring team members. You are fluent in SQL and R/Python with solid understanding of regression models, clustering, propensity analysis, and statistical significance. You have several years solving go-to-market problems and understand core SaaS metrics, pricing strategies, and commercial packaging structures. You excel at stakeholder management, can challenge assumptions, and guide leadership toward data-informed decisions. You communicate complex solutions effectively to non-technical audiences and have proven experience with Looker (LookML) or similar BI tools. You maintain high data quality standards and have experience with modern data stacks (BigQuery, dbt, Airflow).
